Uplift Networking Meet/Rediscover Your Purpose Learning Session (a joint venture by Dream Catchers founded by Shalima Motial and Womenlines Online magazine, founded by Charu Mehrotra ) was organised on 7th Aug at the famous eating joint Myras@stadium in Singapore. This was the third meet organised by Uplift in last one year. The Uplift group believes that just like food, inspiration doses are must in the present rush in daily life. In the meet passionate ACC coach and founder of Life By Design, Taruna Aggarwal empowered the participants with the success mindset and enabled them to eliminate their limiting beliefs. Taruna passionately shared with the participant various tips and ways through which women can come over the blocks which stop them to take action in life. Certain activities like listing out the present challenges in life on a balloon and popping it up later gave a great opportunity to participants to just think about themselves and get mindful what exact challenges they are actually facing in life. In the rush of life, they are never thinking about it also that they can actually manage their problems easily.

In present times when things are changing so fast, a woman has to become stronger both physically and mentally, so she can take care of her family in a better way. Valuable sharing by Taruna Agarwal was really helpful in achieving self-awareness in the participants and making them mentally strong.
