Articles submitted to Womenlines should be a minimum of 1,200 words to ensure comprehensive coverage of the topic and meaningful value for readers.
4. Do I need to submit original content?
Yes. We only accept 100% original, unpublished content that has not appeared on any other platform, including personal blogs or Medium.
5. Are backlinks allowed in the article?
We allow limited, relevant, and high-quality links that add value to the content. Promotional, affiliate, spammy, or low-quality links are not permitted.
6. Are images required with the submission?
Yes. Please include at least two high-resolution images with proper licensing or original visuals. Stock images must be royalty-free and legally usable.
7. How should I format my article?
Use short paragraphs (5–6 sentences), include clear H2 and H3 subheadings, use bullet points or numbered lists for readability, and support claims with links to reputable primary sources.
8. How do I submit my article idea?
First, email us with your proposed topic, a short pitch, and your author details. If your pitch is approved, you will be invited to complete our online application form.
9. How long does the review process take?
Our editorial team typically reviews submissions within 7–14 business days. Only shortlisted contributors will be contacted.
10. Does Womenlines edit submitted articles?
Yes. Our editorial team may make minor edits for clarity, grammar, formatting, and alignment with Womenlines’ tone and standards while preserving the author’s voice.
11. Will I receive credit for my article?
Yes. Approved articles will be published with the author’s name and a brief bio, subject to editorial guidelines.
