Yoga can play a big role in making your core strong. You don’t have to plan to the gym in order to strengthen your core muscles. Doing Yoga every day is a fantastic way for improving the strength in your abs and back. Yoga by some people is considered a slow activity that requires fluid movements from one pose to another pose. But there are certain individual yoga poses that you can do every day in order to stimulate strength and growth in your core.
Vani has shown 3 asanas in the above video to strengthen your core-
1) Do not forget to warm up before you practice these asanas, maybe do one-rounds of sun salutations.
2) Stomach should be empty.
3) You can repeat each asana 3 times and hold for 5-6 breaths.
4) Be mindful that you do not strain or overdo.
