‘Health is wealth’! I strongly believe and I can go to any length to make my family lead a disease-free life! Here is an honest review of using Cosmo Prime® Air Purifier that why I am happy to get it for my family–
Air pollution certainly causes worry as it is impacting our overall health and we cannot control its harmful effects when we are out. When we are at home, even if we shut all windows and doors, harmful particles such as pollutants, allergens, pollen, and mould still find a way to enter into our homes. Our babies at home, who are considered to breathe up to four times faster than adults are potentially more vulnerable to fine particles, indoor air pollution is even a greater cause for worry. ln, the long run and when so many reports coming about the challenges of the quality of the air we are breathing both outside and inside the home, it makes me think how I can save my family from the repercussions.

The idea that you can certainly control the type of air you are breathing inside your home and protect your family by using the right type of air purifier made me get a purifier for my family.
I recently got Cosmo Prime® Air Purifier + 3-in-1 HEPA filter and after using it for some time I am so happy with my decision. The importance of a purifier itself is justified as it absorbs the microparticles around you. Our body may not have the system to protect itself from ultrafine particles from our atmosphere but the Cosmo Prime® Air Purifier has. Take a note that better quality of air can help to prevent allergies and respiratory issues. It can also remove particles, allergens, harmful gases, bacteria for a much healthier home environment.

After using the purifier for a month, I can tell you a few reasons why you should buy this one:
- Keeps your indoor air clean and pure
There is a feeling of freshness in the room while using the purifier, even if I use for short duration also.
- Super simple to set up
I was amazed that it was so simple to set up the Cosmo Prime® purifier at my home. Just make sure you are taking the HEPA FILTER out from the polythene cover and place it within the purifier before switching it on.
- The hassle-free operation, just select speed and timer
Cosmo Prime® Air Purifier is hassle-free to use. Just set up the speed and timer for how long you want to use and you are set to go.
- Will add style to your room interiors
I am in love with the uniqueness and compact design of the Cosmo Prime® Purifier. It goes very well with the modern interior set up and furniture.
- Easy to Replace the Filter
Filter in Cosmo Prime® Purifier is easy to replace. Once it is time to replace the filter there will be an indication on the panel itself. Normally replacement is required after every 6-12 months of usage. Cost of the filter is around 80 SGD.
- Presence of silent VX-Motor
The purifier can go up to 20 dB on the lowest fan settings thus making it noise-free
- Particle Count Technolgy
Unique feature such a Particle Count Technolgy which enables the purifier to count the number of PM 2.5 particles in the air and display it in the top panel
Cosmo’s proprietary 3-in-1 HEPA filter makes it a special purifier. The HEPA filter can stop 99.97% of all harmful airborne particles from getting to the lungs. HEPA stands for “high-efficiency particulate air”, and HEPA filters can stop 99.97% of all air pollutants such as haze, dust and germs. It can also absorb bad odours too.
Add on features such as child lock, wifi control, smart touch panel, 3-speed settings, filter replacement reminder and automatic speed adjustments based on air quality makes Cosmo Prime® Purifier a must-buy by families, particularly those who are having kids and elderlies!

Womenlines take pleasure to share a guest post by Swadha Shubham, Director Fashionista Factory Events, India. In this post, Swadha is sharing about the First Virtual Flea Concept Initiation to support the local business in Pune, India-
The coronavirus outbreak has changed the world in ways that none of us could have ever predicted. The pandemic was taking a toll on every possible source of livelihood leaving many people jobless. But there were many angels who took that extra mile to help people in need in such desperate times. Entrepreneurs like Swadha Shubham Goel took the first big step of organizing an online virtual flea market/exhibition, giving a platform to entrepreneurs to earn dignified earnings.
Owner of Fashionista Factory Events (FFE) & Facebook Community Leader/Influencer Swadha Goel says how exhibitions have made an impact online , post lockdown and benefitting many entrepreneurs.
After successfully completing exhibitions & events of 2019, where FFE had supported more than 12 NGOs, Social Enterprises and Self-Help Groups, who work with local farmers and artisans at the Big Shopping Diwali and New Year Festival; they were all set for the schedule of 2020 events.
Swadha Shubham Goel, Founder Pune Entrepreneurs –Made in India facebook group –a group for all aspiring entrepreneurs all over India-, had started her year on a high note with many exciting events planned and had geared up to take her company to the next level. She says, “The pandemic struck all of us really hard, shattering all our plans. Having no clue about how to go further and what to do next, I started chalking an alternative business plan for the company and the 7000+ entrepreneurs all across India, associated and registered with us.”
She further says, “I have been receiving calls from my vendors all over India asking about when would events be starting as they were facing very difficult times since March 2020 when 1st Lockdown was announced in the country. After a lot of brainstorming, I decided to initiate a new methodology to give them a way to earn. Hence, to help alleviate the hardships that the local business owners had faced due to the pandemic, I decided to host the Online Virtual Flea Market. I had created a Facebook group, (PE-MII) -Pune Entrepreneurs -Made in India, with a vision to provide a digital platform to all aspiring women entrepreneurs and mompreneurs, which now has more than 50,000 members all across India.”
During this pandemic, the initiation of digital flea markets by PE-Made in India in association with FFE had allowed shoppers to browse goods from more than 500 registered small local vendors and independent retailers, all at the same place. In a span of the initial 2 months of the pandemic, she has successfully conducted more than 175 live shows showcasing an amazing line-up of vendors and the count is increasing with passing days.
Sharing the happiness about how entrepreneurs started gaining confidence, she informs, “This initiative has given plenty of opportunities to the entrepreneurs to sustain their business without leaving their house. Since not all of these business owners were tech-savvy and were apprehensive about going live on Facebook, I also trained and guided them (mostly the elderly women entrepreneurs) with all the required information.” She says “I am happy that other groups too started these live sessions after watching our success story.”
Sharing with us how the Facebook live session works, Swadha informed us that the vendors who have available stock at home get a stipulated time for going live in the group and showcase their products to the audience which gives them a real shopping experience. She says, “I am personally available for all the sessions to guide the entrepreneurs as it’s a new concept for all of them. Post the session I also check with them about the response and to my astonishment many local business owners have got 3000 to 25000 worth orders from just one live session.
Along with the Digital Flea Market, she ensures to engage everyone with multiple activities and contests on her Facebook group. She also tries to help members stay positive and healthy during the pandemic with the PE Learning Zone section where experts take a session on various topics like life during the pandemic, mental health issues due to lockdown and many more.
She says, “When I think about my start as an entrepreneur, I’m reminded of my guiding stars – my parents and the support that my husband gave me by letting me live and chase my dream. “Whatever you do, be different, always think out of the box– that was the advice my parents gave me, and I can’t think of better advice for an entrepreneur. If you’re different, you will definitely stand out.” Without their support, no amount of luck would have gotten my business off the ground.”
My father is a successful entrepreneur and I have grown seeing him build brands. After marriage, I had to quit my job as I was shifting to a new city. Then, after my pregnancy sabbatical, I couldn’t rejoin as I had to take care of then five-month-old son. But I never fell prey to the societal pressures and was never intimidated by small things that came in the way of living my dream. Hence, the idea triggered me to start something of my own, where I could dedicate my time to my family and also pursue my dream of helping other mompreneurs, who had to struggle between choosing their career and family.
Hence, she believes in empowering and uplifting each other. “Empowering women means empowering your nation.”
Swadha firmly believes in her motto and practices what she preaches. “Stay true, stay genuine, believe in what you are passionate about and you will finally get there. Enjoy every minute of becoming a better version of you”, she signs off.

How to become a high performing leader in your field? Read this article to unlock some secrets shared by Womenlines guest influencer, leadership coach Ela Staniak Leaupepe from Australia-
As I am beginning to write this I can feel the excitement rushing through my veins! My intention behind creating this piece is to paint an objective picture with my artistic paint brush of a core issue behind UNDERPERFORMING LEADERS & TEAMS.
I refuse to do any finger pointing as we already practise that enough.. It is common in our society to sit in state of disempowerment and blame external factors for the lack of OUR RESULTS. It shows in our language: it’s the economy, it’s the location, it’s the employees, it’s bad relationships, it’s the weather, it’s lack of money.
Is it really?
I prefer to be on the front line of a solution.
It is safe to say that most of us sooner or later either experience poor leadership directly or indirectly in the workplaces or at least know somebody who has/ is.
Why?
Because it is really common..
Why?
Because many business owners and managers underestimate what it takes to:
- Lead with integrity, courage and empathy
- Be influential and inspirational
- Have great communications skills
- Have an ability to create trust and delegate
- Create culture of togetherness and respect
- Be adaptable and agile and lastly but most importantly
- HAVE HIGH LEVEL OF AWARENESS
You may think: “HOLY MOLY! That’s a lot to grasp!”. It is. Leadership is very complex and neglecting one or more components of Excellent Leadership will have significant effects on the most important aspect of any business – its PEOPLE.
Let’s dive in deeper!
“Leadership is lifting a person’s vision to high sights, the raising of a person’s performance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations.”—Peter Drucker
Too many businesses are built on a mindset “I am just going to launch my business, hire great people, and make tons of money”
If it was only so easy…
Estimates are that one in three new small businesses in Australia fail in their first year of operation, two out of four by the end of the second year, and three out of four by the fifth year. OUCH!
What is the REAL REASON behind some of the biggest issues we talk about today in the workplaces, real issues beyond lack of sales and marketing, issues like discrimination, lack of diversity and inclusion, increasing number stress related conditions and mental illness, high employee turnover?
It is the reason behind Poor Leadership and Poor Performance.
It is lack of education in CONSCIOUSNESS GROWTH & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.
Let me bring up two pieces of data to back up my loving article before I move into a solution based conclusion.
According to Harvard Business Review “Corporations are victims of the great training robbery. American companies spend enormous amounts of money on employee training and education—$160 billion in the United States and close to $356 billion globally in 2015 alone—but they are not getting a good return on their investment. For the most part, the learning doesn’t lead to better organizational performance, because people soon revert to their old ways of doing things.”
According to a 2020 report by Grand View Research, Inc. personal development market is predicted to be worth $56.66 Billion By 2027.
Data shows that we continue investing billions of dollars worldwide in education and training but we do not always achieve desired outcomes.
It was quite an entertainment to hear from one of my female clients who is in a senior role in an organisation in Australia, of how she participated in a Leadership & Performance Training once open a time where the participants where advised on how to dress appropriately for work environment.
I am pretty sure you can google this topic thoroughly. If you wish to explore further I am going to send you to this article https://www.thetrendspotter.net/business-attire-for-women/ ..which, by the way, I just googled 😉
Enough of a laughter, let’s get serious.
People always “revert to old ways of doing things” without having a strong plan of implementation, accountability and ongoing support.
Ask me WHY?
It’s because our subconscious behavioural drivers are much stronger than any short term breakthrough you may experience even during the most transformational event or a program.
You can walk on fire, climb the tallest tree, abseil from the tallest building, hug a stranger or do anything that puts you outside of your comfort zone and helps you to expand your capabilities, and it’s not guaranteed that this will help you create SUSTAINABLE & MEASURABLE changes in personality and behaviour.
These activities may help you increase your confidence, help you believe in yourself a little more, or help you break through some of your fears.
In times of high stress or pressure, we automatically revert to our default stress-resolving mechanisms because without better internal resources like RESILIENCE, GRIT, STAMINA, TRUST, INCLUSIVENESS and EMPATHY our brain will search for ways to move away from the stressor based on our basic survival instinct. This is where we revert to what we know, rather than implementing what we learned.
We have a natural default circuitry in our brain where being in known space provides us with a sense of safety and not knowing future outcomes creates uncertainty. Our brain is constantly creating rules that can predict how the world works. In the process our adrenals produce noradrenaline which improves brain fluidity but also makes us feel edgy. Our brain becomes more fluid so it can create a brand new set of rules (beliefs and meanings) to get out of uncertainty as soon as possible. See uncertainty is uncomfortable and so KNOWING and LIVING IN A STRUCTURED WORLD gives us safety – less edginess. More comfort.
The activities mentioned earlier do not provide tools which we need in oder to SELF-DEVELOP, PROGRESS and SUSTAIN the changes. What we do need to do is:
- Learn how to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for all our actions, decisions, feelings
- Learn how to have unbreakable DISCIPLINE meaning: being self-accountable, following through with NEW habits every day and SUSTAIN those changes LONG TERM
- Expand our AWARENESS & ADAPTABILITY through perpetual growth of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
What I just described is the scope of my Self-Leadership System which I designed specifically for those people who are ready, willing and OPEN to expanding VERTICALLY (consciousness) and HORIZONTALLY (skills and capabilities), people who have a desire to be EXCEPTIONAL LEADERS, TOP PERFORMERS and create INSPIRING results.
Self-Leadership is a complete state of empowerment, feeling in charge; an ultimate sense of self-love and self-respect; an ability to execute high level decisions and action and produce consistent results aligned with integrity and values; 100% self-belief.
Let’s shift out focus from focusing on a problem or what isn’t working to CREATING new approaches in the workplaces and in our personal life.
Great Leadership & Performance begin with equipping ourselves with greater insight and knowledge first, implementing new learnings to allow PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL GROWTH so we can then transfer those learnings onto others.
Become WHAT you desire to SEE in others first.
Be the force of change.

Womenlines takes pleasure to share about Geetanjali Chopra, Founder of Delhi based NGO, Wishes and Blessings! Wishes and Blessings is a unique platform for helping the underprivileged through its dedicated resources, including orphanages, old age homes and shelters for the homeless. Besides, the organisation is quite instrumental and proficient in linking beneficiaries with donors and minimising the gap between the blessed and the unfortunate.
“Didi, mera birthday kab aata hai?” (Didi, when is my birthday?). This seemingly innocent question sent shockwaves into a young Geetanjali Chopra, changed her life forever, and sowed the seeds for what was later to become her life’s mission- to spread happiness to the underprivileged, and fulfil the wishes of the lesser blessed.
Geetanjali Chopra was born into a large Punjabi family made up of lawyers, accountants and academicians. Brought up in Delhi, she did her schooling from Convent of Jesus and Mary, New Delhi. She received her Bachelors from Lady Shri Ram College, and her Masters, M.Phil. and Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru College, New Delhi. She went on to study a few courses on International Law from the Hague and Utrecht University in Netherlands.
While she received quality education from well reputed institutes that formed a solid foundation to understand International Policy and Humans Rights, at home she received an education that she credits to moulding her into the person she is today. When facing an obstacle, she refers to the values and ethics that have been embedded in her as a young child, especially by her grandparents. They always shared what they had with the lesser privileged, and stressed on the importance of community service. As part of their efforts to give back to society, they would celebrate all special occasions and events with visually impaired children.
At one such event, Geetanjali was asked that very life changing question. At that time Geetanjali was just 9 years old, and could not fathom how no one knew when their birthday was… how someone never knew the joy that came with cutting a birthday cake and opening birthday presents. While at that young age she did not know how she would do it, Geetanjali decided that she would do all that she could to erase the differences between people, and to ensure that happiness would no longer be considered a luxury.
After completing her education, Geetanjali went on to try her hand at a variety of careers including teaching, journalism, research, paper handicrafts and even acting. However, she still couldn’t find the gratifying ‘job satisfaction’ that everyone seemed to have found; it eluded her. Even though these jobs gave her opportunities to interact with policy makers, bureaucrats and internationally renowned personalities, she felt that something was missing. It would be only later on that she would find the missing piece to life’s puzzle.
It was in 2014 that Geetanjali had her ‘aha’ moment. At that point in time she was working as a Fellow at the Centre for Policy Research, a Delhi-based think tank. She continued the practice of celebrating occasions with visually impaired children, just as her grandparents did. She followed the traditions they had set too; she would always ask them if they wanted anything, and did so on this day as well. One of the children immediately said- We want to play Holi! This left Geetanjali shocked, as she could not put together the very visual festival of Holi with children who could barely even see! However, she promised to help them, and she followed through. This Holi was the turning point in her life. By fulfilling the wishes of these children, she found the contentment she had been looking for. She now knew what she wanted to do, and immediately set out to do it.
At the peak of her career, Geetanjali set out to establish an NGO of her own, one that would seek to fulfil all of the wishes of the underprivileged and act as a platform where people could share their blessings with those less fortunate. This driving philosophy led her to name it ‘Wishes and Blessings’. Established in 2014 itself, the organisation started out by catering to the requirements of the same visually impaired children and has grown ever since then.
As part of its promise to ‘never say no’ to anyone who needs help, the organisation does not restrict its operations to focus on one demographic, and executes projects to reach out to beneficiaries cutting across barriers of age, class, gender and community. The programmes are designed to meet the immediate as well as long term needs of the underprivileged and cover over 9 verticals including education, daily meals, care for elders, Covid relief, SOS relief, winter relief, infrastructure, health and nutrition, as well as happiness. The youngest beneficiary is just a few months old, and the oldest, 90+, is a resident of their old age home. The team believes in working with complete transparency, and hold themselves accountable to all stakeholders- donors, beneficiaries and partner organisations. Thus, they execute due diligence before extending aid to those who come to the organisation for support.
At present, Geetanjali works as the Founder and President of Wishes and Blessings and oversees the entire functioning of her organisation. With 20 centres across Delhi/NCR and a presence in 7 states across India, the organisation has reached out to over 2 lakh needy and underprivileged people over the last 6 years. With her team of dedicated changemakers and a supportive family of donors and well-wishers, Geetanjali hopes to reach out to many more people in need of aid and help create bright, stable and fulfilling futures for all. She may no longer have a well-cushioned job that comes with several perks, but she feels that the happiness and contentment she experiences when she helps transform tears into smiles is incomparable and priceless.
