To make jeera water, soak two teaspoons of cumin seeds in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, boil the water and drink it on an empty stomach. You can also add a dash of lemon juice for added taste and benefits.

Cumin seeds have been used for centuries for their medicinal properties. They contain compounds that aid digestion and promote weight loss. One of these compounds is thymol, which stimulates the production of digestive enzymes, helping your body break down food more efficiently. Jeera water also contains antioxidants that can help reduce inflammation and protect against oxidative stress, which can contribute to weight gain.

Walking helps me burn calories, boosts my energy levels, and reduces stress. It also improves my cardiovascular health and lowers my risk of developing chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease. By making walking a part of my daily routine, I have been able to maintain a healthy weight and reduce belly fat.

 

5) Bollyaerobics
