Arianna, a proud biracial young woman of color, passionately believes that all bodies are beautiful, and we should embrace our healthy, strong bodies—wide hips and all. Through her book, she emphasizes the power of positive affirmations, teaching kids the importance of loving and appreciating themselves just as they are.Filled with vibrant illustrations and whimsical rhymes, Love Yourself encourages young readers to embrace their bodies, regardless of societal pressures or weight-based teasing. In her own words, Arianna advises other young people who want to make a difference: “Believe in yourself and never stop being your own biggest fan. If you’re passionate about something, speak up and share your message with the world.” Her work continues to inspire others, proving that even at a young age, a single voice can make an enormous impact.
Looking to the future, Arianna is considering a path in medicine, specifically focusing on body dysmorphic disorder and eating disorders. Her ultimate goal is to help young people develop a healthier relationship with their bodies and self-esteem.
