Wheneverthereisaneednottodivulgetheemailaddressesofentirerecipientsof your mailinglist,usetheBCC(blindcarboncopy)feature.Thisway,onlytheaddressofthe main sendeewillappearontheemail.
A clear, direct subject line

If you are anything like me, I open my emails based on subject lines; choose one that lets readers know you are addressing their concerns.
